We hope you are very happy with your order; if not, please get in touch immediately.
Items can only be returned if they were purchased from this website.
Please note that postage can only be refunded on top of the item if you have received an incorrect or damaged item. If you change your mind about the product, you will have to pay for the return postage, and you will receive a full refund of your original purchase price + the original postage cost. If you notice that your order is damaged, please photograph the damaged packaging. We recommend using a proof of postage or tracked service at your own risk.

SHIPPING POLICY TO GB
Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Shipping cost is calculated by weight. Postage is a minimum of £2.95 upwards, to cover our basic postage and packaging costs.
We ship using the most appropriate, economical, and reliable service for each order. Please let us know if you have a preference via a 'note' at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We use Royal Mail, Evri, In Post and Yodel. We offer a Gift Wrapping Service. Please just ask via email bonhomie.spilsby@gmail.com Your items will be packaged with great care. We reuse packaging where possible, with sustainability and our precious planet in mind.
